District-Level 'Drug-Free Youth, Developed India' Competition Held in Udaipur

Udaipur: The Mera Yuva Bharat (MY Bharat) Centre, Udaipur, under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, in collaboration with Guru Nanak Girls P.G. College, organized the district-level "Drug-Free Youth, Developed India" competition to promote awareness against substance abuse and encourage youth participation in nation-building.

The event was attended by Pawan Kumar Amarawat, Deputy Director of the West Zone Cultural Centre, as Chief Guest, while Principal Dr. Anil Kothari presided over the programme. District Youth Officer Dr. Sameer Khan highlighted the campaign's objective of developing healthy, responsible and empowered citizens.

Competitions included reel making, folk singing, poetry recitation, slogan writing, street theatre, folk dance, speech and painting. Winners were felicitated during the closing ceremony, and participants pledged to contribute towards building a drug-free and developed India. The programme concluded with active participation from students, faculty members and MY Bharat volunteers.
