Udaipur: The Rajasthan State Bharat Scouts and Guides, Udaipur District, held its inaugural District Executive Committee meeting for the 2026–27 session at the Divisional Headquarters under the chairmanship of Chief District Education Officer and District President Virendra Singh Yadav. The committee reviewed the annual report and approved key initiatives for the upcoming session. Emphasising safety, Yadav directed a comprehensive safety audit of camp buildings, installation of CCTV cameras, regular inspections under Assistant District Commissioners, and 100 percent registration on the C-Box Portal. He also encouraged greater Scout-Guide activities at the local association level. District Secretary Hiralal Vyas presented the organisation’s annual programme, while members proposed rotational training seminars, improved camp infrastructure, and construction of a tin shed for children's dining facilities. Assistant State Organising Commissioner Manmohan Swarnkar stressed financial discipline and timely maintenance of audited accounts. The meeting was attended by senior education officials and district executive members.
