####Kala Samvad 4.0: A Grand Celebration of Creativity and Expression at Sangam University

Bhilwara witnessed a vibrant confluence of creativity, intellect, and youthful enthusiasm with the successful organization of Kala Samvad 4.0 at Sangam University. Hosted by the Student Welfare Department and SU Society, the event brought together nearly 350 students from various schools, transforming the campus into a lively hub of art, ideas, and dialogue.

The event featured two major segments — “Amrit Manthan” and “Kalakriti” competitions. Under Amrit Manthan, a thought-provoking Hindi and English debate was organized on the contemporary theme: “Is Social Media Becoming Anti-Social for Gen Z?”, encouraging students to present arguments both for and against the motion with confidence and clarity.

The Kalakriti segment celebrated artistic diversity through competitions such as handmade art, sketching, jewelry exhibition, best out of waste, face painting, brushless painting, and live on-the-spot painting. Students enthusiastically showcased their imagination, originality, and craftsmanship across these categories.

The program commenced with Dr. Shweta Bohra, Deputy Dean of the Student Society, outlining the vision of Kala Samvad. Prof. Preeti Mehta, Dean of Student Welfare, warmly introduced all participating teams and emphasized that Kala Samvad serves as a powerful platform for nurturing creativity, self-confidence, and communication skills among students.

University dignitaries including Board Member Palak Modani, Registrar Dr. Alok Kumar, Pro Vice Chancellor Prof. Manas Ranjan Panigrahi, and Vice Chancellor Prof. Karunesh Saxena encouraged the participants, highlighting that while some would emerge as winners, every student would leave with valuable learning and inspiration.

The competitions concluded with an impressive list of winners across categories. Cash prizes, certificates, and trophies were awarded to all winners, while debate champions received higher cash awards in recognition of their oratory excellence. The prestigious Running Trophy was proudly claimed by Sangam School of Excellence, Bhilwara, marking their outstanding overall performance.

The event concluded with Dr. Amit Jain, Deputy Director (Marketing), who introduced students to the diverse academic programs offered by Sangam University. Faculty coordinators and participants from all schools were honored, acknowledging their contribution to the event’s success.

With seamless anchoring by students Harsh Somani, Ayushi Jain, and Anvesha, and dedicated support from the Student Welfare team, Kala Samvad 4.0 stood out as a memorable celebration of talent, creativity, and meaningful dialogue — truly living up to its spirit of artistic and intellectual exchange.
