Sri Ganganagar: On the occasion of World Blood Donor Day, the Red Cross Society organized a blood donation camp at the Blood Bank of the Government Hospital. The camp was conducted under the guidance of the Chairman of the Red Cross Society and the District Collector.
A total of 22 units of blood were collected during the camp, reflecting the community’s commitment to supporting healthcare services and saving lives through voluntary blood donation.
Prominent members present at the event included District Red Cross Society Vice Chairman Shyam Jain, Secretary Pawan Wadhwa, Treasurer Shanky Jasuja, Camp In-charge Parminder Singh, Dr. K.K. Gilhotra, Naresh Monga, along with Deepak Middha, Pankaj, Monu Bajaj, Ashok Bhatia, Sahil Bhatia, Avi Wadhwa, Rajiv Nagpal, and Hardik Monga, among others.
To recognize their valuable contribution, all blood donors were presented with Certificates of Appreciation by the Red Cross Society.
The camp highlighted the importance of voluntary blood donation and encouraged citizens to contribute towards saving lives through this noble cause.
