Officials were directed to take strict action against traffic rule violators through challans and enforcement measures, while simultaneously conducting awareness campaigns to encourage compliance with traffic regulations among the general public.
The District Collector further directed that all ongoing road construction projects must include essential road safety measures such as speed breakers, signboards, and other safety installations wherever required. Concerned agencies were instructed to ensure the construction of footpaths and covered drainage systems alongside new roads to prevent waterlogging during the monsoon season.

The Municipal Council and other concerned departments were instructed to complete pothole repair and road maintenance work on all major roads before the onset of the rainy season. Additionally, officials were directed to ensure proper drainage arrangements in all underbridges across the district and complete necessary monsoon preparedness measures in advance.
