Jaipur: A two-day seminar on Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) organised by Sapta Shakti Command from 28-29 November 2024, successfully concluded today in Jaipur.
Lt Gen Manjinder Singh, Army Commander, Sapta Shakti Command delivered the keynote address. The seminar, attended by serving and retired Indian Army officers, defense veterans and industry experts, provided an in-depth exploration of India’s strategic readiness in the evolving spectrum of warfare across Land, Air, Sea, EM, Cyber and Space domains.
The event featured distinguished speakers who discussed the challenges and opportunities in integrating these domains to enhance India’s operational effectiveness. Topics such as cyber warfare, space-based defense systems, joint command structures and the role of indigenous technology in defense modernization were highlighted.
The seminar underscored the importance of cross-domain coordination and innovation in safeguarding national security in the 21st century. Experts emphasized the need for inter-agency collaboration, the application of artificial intelligence and strengthening India’s cyber and space capabilities to maintain an edge in future conflicts.
