Engineer’s Day at SPSU

Promoting innovative thinking and promoting technological advancements, Sir Padampat Singhania University (SPSU), Udaipur under the visionary leadership of Honourable Vice-Chancellor and President Prof. (Dr.) Prithvi Yadav celebrated Engineer’s Day as ‘YP Singhania Memorial lecture’- in the fond memory of the founder Chancellor on September 15, 2024. Prof. Raghavan K., IIT Gandhinagar, the eminent speaker delivered the lecture on ‘Learning from Legends’. In the very interesting and interactive session, Prof. Raghavan explored the lives of Thomas Edison and Nikola Tesla, highlighting their ground-breaking theories, inventions, and lifelong commitment to learning. Prof. Prasun Chakrabarti, Dean Research and Lt. Col. Neeraj Kumar, Campus Director welcomed the august gathering and explained the significance of the day.The session was coordinated by Prof. Gour Sahaand Dr. Tulika Chakrabarti.
