Reliance Foundation’s ‘Building Flourishing Futures’ Conference Focuses on Children’s Development

Mumbai: At the Reliance Foundation’s ‘Building Flourishing Futures’ conference, early years of education were highlighted as the most crucial phase for a child’s holistic development. Speaking at the event, Reliance Foundation Director Isha Ambani emphasized that education becomes truly effective only when it addresses the emotional and social needs of children.

Isha Ambani said, “Learning becomes meaningful and joyful when education is aligned with children’s emotional, social, and intellectual development. At Reliance Foundation, we believe that children thrive only when they feel safe, loved, and respected. Our focus is on building an inclusive education system where every student can reach their full potential.”

The two-day conference brought together over 250 education experts from India and around the world. Participants shared insights on innovation in early and primary education, play-based learning, foundational literacy, and the role of artificial intelligence in shaping the future of learning.

On the occasion, a publication titled ‘Pedagogies of Play’ was also released, showcasing new and effective approaches to enhance children’s learning experiences.
