BCI Education Workplace Visit at CPS Udaipur Highlights Innovations and Holistic Child Development

Udaipur: The Business Circle International (BCI) Education Chapter successfully conducted a ‘Workplace Visit’ at Central Public School (CPS), New Bhupalpura, Udaipur, where experts, entrepreneurs, and BCI members observed the school’s operational model, modern teaching methodologies, and educational innovations.
BCI Founder and Chairman Mukesh Madhwani shared that BCI Education President Alka Sharma, regarded as a living legend in Udaipur’s education sector and recipient of numerous prestigious awards, warmly welcomed all members. She provided detailed insights into the modern teaching techniques, smart classroom systems, and effective school management model being implemented at CPS.
In her address, Alka Sharma emphasized that education today must go beyond academics and focus on the holistic development of children. She highlighted the importance of spiritual knowledge, mental health awareness, and the adverse effects of excessive mobile usage. She urged parents and teachers to guide children in using technology responsibly while cultivating values, confidence, and positive thinking.
During the program, Madhu Sareen shared her views on girls’ hygiene and cleanliness education, appreciating CPS’s initiative of free sanitary pad distribution, which she noted plays a crucial role in girls’ health, self-esteem, and continuity in education.
BCI Chief Advisor Rahul Badala emphasized the need for effective feedback systems, strategic implementation, and developing Udaipur as a City of Commerce, stating that collaboration between education and industry is key to strengthening the city’s economy.
Meanwhile, BCI President Devendra Singh Kareer stressed the importance of including insurance and financial literacy in school curricula, suggesting that students should learn about risk management and financial decision-making from an early age.
Treasurer Priyesh Jain shared thoughts on the organization’s progress, structural growth, and future plans. All members toured the CPS campus, appreciating the discipline, positive learning environment, and educational facilities, and pledged to collaborate in creating new benchmarks in education.
