Rajasthan Vidyapeeth Signs MoU with Kadi Sarva University, Gujarat

Udaipur: Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University and Kadi Sarva University, Gujarat signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Thursday. The agreement was signed in the presence of Rajasthan Vidyapeeth’s Vice-Chancellor Prof. S.S. Sarangdevot along with Registrar Dr. Tarun Shrimali and Prof. Saroj Garg, while Kadi Sarva University was represented by Dean Prof. Veena Patel and Prof. Bhavik Shah.
Speaking on the occasion, Prof. Sarangdevot emphasized the need to preserve India’s culture, traditions, and heritage, noting that every region of the country has a unique cultural identity. He said the MoU will provide both universities an opportunity to learn from each other’s culture.
Highlighting the pivotal role of teachers, Prof. Sarangdevot said that returning to the roots of culture is essential for India to become a global leader in knowledge. He stressed the importance of research and innovation, noting that teachers must stay updated with the latest technology to provide effective education. Teachers, he said, should not only focus on academics but also on value-based education, guiding students to engage meaningfully with society.
“In today’s digital age, simple cut-and-paste methods are obsolete. Students are already highly informed through Google. Both teachers and students must stay updated. Education must empower students with skills to become self-reliant after completing college,” he added.
Agreed Areas under the MoU:
According to Private Secretary Krishnakant Kumawat, the MoU includes:
•    Organizing one national seminar annually between the two institutions.
•    Implementing faculty exchange programs ranging from one week to one month.
•    Promoting exchange of research scholars.
•    Conducting joint skill development programs.
The event was attended by faculty members including Prof. Balidan Jain, Prof. Ami Rathore, Prof. Sunita Murdia, Prof. Bhuralal Shrimali, among others. The program was chaired by Prof. Ami Rathore.
