Devendra Mahila Mandal Marks 23 Years of Service, New Executive Pledges Commitment to Social Welfare

 

UDAIPUR, India,  Devendra Mahila Mandal celebrated its 23rd Foundation Day with a swearing-in ceremony for its newly elected executive committee, reaffirming the organization's commitment to community service and social welfare.

The newly elected office-bearers took the oath of office and confidentiality, administered by Rajni Dangi, pledging to work with dedication for the betterment of society.

The ceremony was attended by chief guests Prembai Kumbhat, Sumitra Singhvi, Aishwarya Pagaria, and Shashi Bhandari, while Rekha Chordia and Mamta Ranka served as mentors during the programme.

Welcoming the guests, Mandal President Ranjana Chhajed said the organization has been actively engaged in service-oriented initiatives for the past 23 years. She highlighted ongoing projects, including monthly ration support for underprivileged families, scholarships for students, cow welfare, service to monks and saints, and value education camps for children. She also announced plans to launch several new community welfare initiatives over the next two years.

The programme began with an invocation by Rani Mehta and her team, followed by cultural performances by Payal Dungarwal and Kalpana Bagrecha. Akanksha Seth and Priyanka Talesara presented awards to winners of various competitions held by the organization.

The event was compered by Rachita Mogra, while Minister Vanita Pamecha delivered the vote of thanks. A large number of members attended the celebration.
