Municipal Commissioner Milkharaj Chugh Briefed on Key Issues Faced by Sanitation Workers

Sri Ganganagar: Representatives of the All India Safai Mazdoor Union met newly appointed Municipal Council Commissioner Milkharaj Chugh to discuss the pressing issues concerning sanitation workers and assured him of their full cooperation in strengthening the city's sanitation system.

During the courtesy meeting, the union delegation, led by State Vice President Umesh Valmiki and District President Anil Dhariwal, welcomed the Commissioner by presenting him with a bouquet and congratulated him on assuming charge of the Sri Ganganagar Municipal Council.

The delegation held detailed discussions on several important issues related to the welfare of both permanent and contractual sanitation workers. Among the key concerns raised were the timely disbursement of salaries and the resolution of other employee-related grievances affecting the workforce.

Mr. Valmiki and Mr. Dhariwal assured Commissioner Chugh that the sanitation workers would extend their full support to the Municipal Council in making the city's cleanliness and waste management system more efficient and effective. They emphasized that sanitation workers are performing their duties with dedication and commitment to keep Sri Ganganagar clean and hygienic.

The union leaders also reaffirmed that employees are making every possible effort to improve the city's sanitation standards and will continue to work with the same spirit and commitment in the future, while maintaining close coordination with the Municipal Council administration.
