Surprise Inspection of CNG Fuel Stations

Udaipur: As part of the ongoing campaign launched by the Department of Consumer Affairs to safeguard consumer interests and ensure transparency, surprise inspections were conducted at CNG dispensing stations operating across the district.

During the inspection, the CNG dispensers at Patel Filling Station (Balicha), Salasar Indian Oil (Titardi), Shri Kishan Filling Station (Eklingpura), and Coco BP were checked. The delivery accuracy of the dispenser nozzles was verified using a flow meter.

At all the inspected fuel stations, the verification certificates were found to be displayed at prominent locations, and all CNG dispensers were found to be duly verified and functioning in accordance with the prescribed standards.

The inspection team comprised Legal Metrology Officer Rakesh Maheshwari and Technician Bhavesh Bhardwaj.
