Sri Ganganagar: District Collector Dr. Amit Yadav chaired the weekly review meeting at the District Collectorate on Monday to assess the progress of budget announcements, flagship schemes, and ongoing development projects across various departments.

Reviewing departmental e-files, Dr. Yadav directed officials to ensure the timely, rule-based, and quality disposal of all pending cases. He emphasized reducing the processing time of e-files and instructed departments to give priority to resolving grievances registered on the Rajasthan Sampark Portal as well as complaints received during the daily public hearing.

The Collector also reviewed the implementation of budget announcements and instructed departments to expedite approved projects. Assessing drainage works outside the District Hospital, he directed the Urban Improvement Trust (UIT) to complete the project before the monsoon and ensure proper rainwater drainage. He also stressed maintaining adequate drinking water facilities within the hospital premises.

During the review of rural service camps, Dr. Yadav instructed the Medical Department to provide reports of medical samples collected during the camps. He also directed officials to prepare plantation pits under the Hariyalo Rajasthan Campaign and accelerate drain construction works. District-level officers were asked to regularly inspect rural service camps to monitor effective implementation of government schemes.

The meeting also reviewed construction work at the Circuit House, repairs of school buildings, and ongoing projects undertaken by the Public Works Department. Officials were instructed to speed up repair and construction work at government hospitals, hostels, and other public buildings.

Progress under the My Bharat Portal was also reviewed. Officials informed the meeting that the district aims to register 99,643 youth by August 15, of which 57,770 registrations have already been completed.
