Udaipur: A three-day mega public awareness exhibition, ‘Ujjwal Rajasthan 3.0’, will begin in Udaipur on August 20, showcasing government schemes, technological innovations, development initiatives and emerging opportunities for citizens.

The exhibition will be held at Hotel Yoish, Udaipur, from August 20 to 22, 2026. It will remain open to the public free of cost from 10 am to 5 pm each day.

Organised under the guidance and leadership of Udaipur MP Dr Mannalal Rawat, the central theme of the event is ‘Future of Udaipur’. The exhibition will focus on the city’s development prospects in areas such as infrastructure, industrial growth, tourism, education, technology, sustainable development and socio-economic progress.

The event will also highlight the role of Udaipur and Rajasthan in achieving the national vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.

A number of central and state government departments, public sector undertakings, research and educational institutions and financial organisations will participate in the exhibition. Visitors will receive information about government schemes, technologies and innovations in sectors including agriculture, healthcare, defence, finance, science and technology, rural development, environment, education, skill development and entrepreneurship.

Institutions participating in the exhibition include KSDL, ICAR, CSIR, ICMR, FSSAI, DBT, CPDO, BIS, GSI, RBI, IIRS, FCI, Bank of Baroda, NFSU, IPFT, CIPET, CPWD and Gujarat Informatics Limited, among others.

Special Focus on Youth and Students

The exhibition will have a special focus on students and young people. They will have the opportunity to learn about higher education, career options, emerging technologies, skill development, entrepreneurship and new employment opportunities.

Students and young visitors will also be able to interact with experts and representatives of participating institutions and gain practical knowledge about emerging career and professional opportunities.

The organisers have appealed to students, youth, entrepreneurs, farmers, academicians, industry representatives and citizens to participate in the three-day event and benefit from the information and opportunities available.

The exhibition aims to strengthen public awareness and promote greater citizen participation in the collective vision of Viksit Rajasthan and Viksit Bharat 2047.
