Udaipur, The Vedanta Udaipur World Music Festival 2026 continued its cultural celebration on Day 2, bringing together diverse musical traditions from India and across the world at the city’s iconic outdoor venues. Celebrating a decade of Music Without Borders, the festival is supported by Hindustan Zinc and produced by SEHER in collaboration with the Rajasthan Tourism Department.

The day opened with a serene morning session at Manji Ka Ghat (Ambrai Ghat), where Radha Bubukwar’s light classical performance set a reflective tone, followed by an evocative a cappella act by Les Itinérantes (France) against the tranquil backdrop of Lake Pichola.
Afternoon performances at Fateh Sagar Paal featured Amrit Ramnath, whose contemporary classical interpretations captivated audiences, followed by Cape Verdean singer Lucibela, who infused warmth with morna and coladeira, and Taba Chake, whose folk-infused melodies struck an emotional chord.
As evening fell, Gandhi Ground came alive with global rhythms. Selin Sümbültepe (Turkey) opened the evening, followed by high-energy Afro-pop and Afro-rock by Valerie Ekoumé (Cameroon). The night continued with electronic sounds by OAFF and concluded with a powerful performance by Jonita Gandhi, bringing Day 2 to a rousing close.
Arun Misra, CEO, Hindustan Zinc, said the festival continues to strengthen Udaipur’s cultural identity and its position as a global music destination. SEHER Founder Sanjeev Bhargava described Day 2 as a seamless journey of diversity, discovery and meaningful musical exchange.
The festival now heads into its final day on February 8, with morning performances at Manji Ka Ghat from 9 AM, afternoon sessions at Fateh Sagar Paal from 3 PM, and evening concerts at Gandhi Ground from 6 PM onwards, promising a grand conclusion to the celebrations.
