Udaipur: Senior officials from the central and state cooperative departments lauded the innovative **“Co-op Ride” Bike-on-Rent Service** launched by the Udaipur Cooperative Consumers Wholesale Bhandar. The officials, who were in Udaipur to attend a two-day **National Conference of States and Union Territories**, visited the Bike-on-Rent center and gathered detailed information about the initiative.
Praising the innovation introduced for the first time in Rajasthan by the Udaipur Bhandar, the officials described it as a **model initiative in the cooperative sector** of the state.
Bhandar General Manager **Dr. Pramod Kumar** informed that a two-day national conference organized by the **Union Ministry of Cooperation**, focusing on the vision of *“Prosperity through Cooperation,”* brought senior officials to Udaipur. Among those present were **Siddharth Jain, Joint Secretary, Union Ministry of Cooperation; Pankaj Kumar Bansal, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Cooperation; and Anandi, Secretary and Registrar, Department of Cooperation, Rajasthan**, along with other senior officials.
During their visit, the officials toured the Cooperative Consumers Bhandar, appreciated its functioning, and offered valuable suggestions. Dr. Pramod Kumar briefed them on all the products available at the supermarket and discussed future action plans.
He also informed that under a state government scheme, the Udaipur Bhandar is operating **12 outlets of coarse grains (Shri Anna)** across the city.
On this occasion, **Additional Registrar of Cooperative Societies Gunjan Chaubey, Regional Audit Officer (Cooperative Societies) Ashutosh Bhatt**, along with departmental officials and Bhandar staff, were also present.
