District Collector Praises Narayan Seva Sansthan

Udaipur: District Collector Gaurav Agrawal visited the Narayan Seva Sansthan campus at Liyon Ka Guda on Thursday. He inaugurated the 3D-Printed Narayan Modular Artificial Limb Fitment Camp, which utilizes advanced Japanese and German technologies. During his visit, he interacted with differently-abled beneficiaries and their families who had arrived from various states across India for artificial limb (arms and legs) fitting, calipers, and corrective surgeries, and extended his best wishes to them.

The District Collector also toured the institute’s free vocational training centers for persons with disabilities, including tailoring, computer education, mobile repair, and handicrafts. He engaged with trainees and learned about their experiences.

Speaking on the occasion, he said, “In my life so far, I have never witnessed a service initiative of this scale dedicated to persons with disabilities and the underprivileged. I do not believe there is another organization in the country providing such comprehensive support in medical treatment, education, skill development, and rehabilitation for differently-abled individuals. Seeing this remarkable journey of compassion and selfless service, one can only say that it is truly the work of God.”

Padma Shri awardee and Founder of Narayan Seva Sansthan, Kailash ‘Manav’, along with President Prashant Agrawal and Director Vandana Agrawal, welcomed the District Collector.

The President of the institution informed him that Narayan Seva Sansthan has so far provided free corrective surgeries to more than 452,000 persons with disabilities, organized the marriages of over 2,500 differently-abled and economically disadvantaged couples, and supplied free artificial limbs to more than 40,000 individuals who lost their arms or legs in accidents.
