Gram Utthan Camp Organized in 18 Z, Villagers Informed About Government Schemes

Sri Ganganagar: Following the directives of the State Government, the Gram Utthan-2026 campaign was organized on Saturday in Bhulekh Inspector Circle 18 Z. Local representatives and villagers actively participated in the camp.

Officials from various departments present at the camp provided information to farmers and livestock owners about government schemes. The camp in-charge, Adaram Nayak, Naib Tehsildar, Mirjewala, stated that the Rural Development Department promoted the VBG Ram Ji scheme, and 54 ownership cards were distributed. The Animal Husbandry Department provided 62 Mangal Pashu Bima registrations, primary treatment for 194 animals, 3 artificial inseminations, and 16 fertility kits.

He added that the Cooperative Department enrolled 25 new members and shared information about cooperative loan schemes. The Agriculture Department recorded progress on 11 fencing applications and 66 diggi (water tank) applications. Revenue patwaris helped 95 farmers download the Kisan Girdawari app to access information.

During the camp, 29 PM Surya registrations, 4 youth self-employment forms, 4 requests for canal reconstruction, 13 Kisan Credit Card applications, 80 soil health cards, and 39 applications for diggi and fencing were received.

Officials present included Deputy Director of Agriculture Keshav Kalirana, Harbans Singh, XEN of Water Resources Department Naresh Kumar Meena, Amit Kumar and Vinod Kherwa from the Agricultural Marketing Board, VDO Ramjeet Kaur, Bhulekh Inspector Kulwant Singh, and other departmental staff.
