Udaipur: A spiritual atmosphere prevailed at Narayan Seva Sansthan’s Seva Mahatirth, Badi, during the Shiva Katha titled “Apno Se Apni Baat Bhole Nath Ke Saath.” Sansthan President Prashant Agrawal narrated inspiring episodes related to Manu and Shatarupa, their penance, the expansion of creation, and stories associated with Daksha and Maa Jagdamba. The narration deeply touched persons with disabilities and their families who had gathered from across the country.

Sansthan Founder and Chairman Kailash Manav attended the Katha and performed Shiva Puja. Addressing devotees, he expressed gratitude to donors who have supported the Sansthan’s service journey from its early days in Pindwara to its present humanitarian initiatives.

Kailash Manav said that Lord Shiva is pleased not by outward show, but by sincerity, compassion and selfless service. He urged people to begin the practice of sacrifice with themselves by giving up attachment, hatred, jealousy, ego and criticism. According to him, helping someone in distress and bringing a smile to the face of a needy person is the highest form of worship.

Prashant Agrawal said that Lord Shiva represents simplicity, compassion and equality. He appealed to devotees to reflect spirituality through their conduct, with compassion in the heart, sweetness in speech and service in action. The programme concluded amid devotional bhajans and chants of “Har Har Mahadev.”
