Annual Gathering of Ashwini Bazaar Trade Association Concludes with Over 150 Traders in Attendance

Udaipur: The Ashwini Bazaar Trade Association of the city successfully organized its **2026 Annual Meet and General Assembly** at Hotel Amar Palace. As one of the city’s largest trade organizations, the event witnessed the participation of **over 150 traders**, reflecting the unity and active engagement of the association.

The event was graced by **former State Minister Harish Rajani, Chamber of Commerce President Paras Singhvi, BJP City District President Gajpal Singh Rathore, and Deputy SP Rajesh Yadav** as chief guests. The assembly was presided over by **Association President and Railway Board Member Jayesh Champawat**.

Addressing the gathering, **Jayesh Champawat** stated that the annual meet and general assembly, held on the occasion of the New Year, symbolizes **mutual harmony, cooperation, and the strengthening of the organization**. He highlighted that the active participation of association members continues to make the organization stronger.

During the assembly, traders raised various concerns related to the market. Special attention was given to the **issue of illegal markets operating on Sundays**, with assurances from the administration that solutions would be coordinated and implemented promptly.

**Chamber of Commerce President Paras Singhvi** emphasized the need for traders to **adapt to modern business techniques** and embrace **online trade practices**. He also suggested that the trade association conduct workshops to **train traders in e-commerce and digital business strategies**.

The program was coordinated by **Association Secretary Anish Mianji**. On the occasion of the closing, **Vice President Anil Mehta** expressed gratitude to all guests and traders and reiterated the commitment to work together to **further strengthen the association**.

During the event, **Treasurer Vinod Karanpuria** presented the annual report, detailing the association’s activities over the past year. The event was also attended by **Elephant Pol Trade Association President Ashok Parihar, Udaipur Kerosene Wholesale Association President Vikas Surana**, and **Chamber of Commerce Publicity Minister Rakesh Jain**, who provided information about the telephone directory published by the Chamber.

The gathering showcased the active engagement and solidarity of traders, marking a successful start to the association’s activities for the year 2026.
